Cancellations

1. You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be accepted.
2. Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product. You must email us at info@rangriwaaz.com about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.
